This is the page to access the Hall Hire Application Form, which you can download and submit to the Town Council along with the necessary deposit. The contact telephone numbers for the Town Council are as follows:

The current costs of hire as at 25 November 2010 are as follows:-

(Please note the charges shown in brackets are as a result of the Town Council decision on 18 November 2010 to reflect the forthcoming increase in VAT on venue hire where bar faciltities are used).

General Parties

All Day with Bar £ 75.00. (£77 w/e/f 1/1/2011)

Evening from 6 p.m. with Bar £60.00. (£62 w/e/f/ 1/1/2011)

Daytime with Bar (Christenings/Communions) £55.00 (£57 w/e/f 1/1/2011)

(Such functions will be either 12 noon until 7 p.m, bar closes at 6 p.m., or 4 p.m until 10.30 p.m.)

Childrens Parties

3 Hours (No Bouncy Castles permitted) £40.00

Casual Bookings

2 Hour minimum £8.00 per hour

It is Town Council Policy that no bookings can be accepted for religious, political, or events of a lewd nature.
